New Logo/Site Design

Inkshire's latest project is for odd musical composer "The Sound Alchemist" who warrants checking out just for that fact that all sounds used are derived from organic sources, if not also for the time-killer of a web page Inkshire has built for the project! Ohhhh look! Lots of bright colors!

New Logo Design

Inkshire is stoked to share the latest logo design, for the Snap Stomp Music blog, also associated with After Avalanche. This was a personal design by Shawn (Inkshire founder) for his music project, but hopefully will also prove a good reminder that Inkshire is always happy to design blog logos for very affordable pricing. Unfortunately, we are having some technical problems that are keeping us from moving forward with a lot of our early 2011 projects. We plan on resuming as soon as possible. 2010 Goes Out In Song!

When I am not busy developing and designing for Inkshire, I am hard at work with my music project "After Avalanche", an eclectic spin on reggae-influenced blues/rock music. Today is the release day for my new single "Singularity" which is available at my Soundcloud page starting noon PST. This all said, I just put together the cover art for the single, hope you enjoy! Upcoming iPhone themes by Inkshire

Update to the upcoming Inkshire iPhone themes! The first iPhone theme releasing early 2011 will be called "seeds" , and features very artistic yet minimalistic visual design. This will be the first of a short series of nature/growth focused themes that we hope to release. So far, the work is progressing nicely for "seeds"! Stay tuned!

New Years News!

Alot is going to change for Inkshire in 2011, and I am very excited to announce a few of those changes today! The first of these is some news about Inkshire expanding our borders to the smartphone platform as we will be working with iPhone Repo Center to build custom themes for iPhones. If you check out the site right now, the logo up there was one I designed a couple of years ago! We are extremely excited to be offering Inkshire iPhone Themes... although I will admit to being an Android user myself! Maybe next New Years we'll hit that market too! Also upcoming is the launch of Inkshire's own clothing Line (Name still TBD). And last but not least is the launch of the 2011 web site, going live January 1st! I think you'll enjoy the new look and simplified, sleeker design! Happy Holidays and Happy New Year from Inkshire Art Studio!
